Injured Workers

  • Dr Christoforetti does not participate in all worker’s compensation panels and will only evaluate work related injuries in the following body areas:
    • Shoulder injuries
    • Knee injuries
    • Elbow injuries
  • Dr Christoforetti DOES NOT accept worker’s compensation insurance for injuries to the hip without routing the claim through the medical-legal services department
  • Dr Christoforetti offers predictable return to light duty that works for both employers and workers by allowing each individual to follow evidence-based recovery plans. Basic guidelines for work and activity return are listed below by injury:

      • Meniscus Repair (Arthroscopic assisted)
      • ACL Reconstruction (Arthroscopic)
      • Patellar Tendon Repair
      • Quadriceps Tendon Repair
      • Fractures Fixed with Plates and Screws
        • Fractures of the knee joint
        • Fractures of the kneecap
    • Elbow
      • Tennis elbow surgery
      • Biceps repair
      • Loose body removal (arthroscopic)
